About the Opportunity:
The organization is a leader in fraud prevention and AML compliance, using device intelligence, behavior biometrics, machine learning, and AI to prevent fraud. Its platform protects over 300 banks, retailers, and fintechs worldwide from identity fraud, payment fraud, account takeovers, and social engineering scams. The People Business Partner role supports strong culture and performance by partnering with leaders and employees through growth and change in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers to lead effectively through growth, ambiguity, and change
• Lead organizational design to ensure scalable team structures, clear roles, and alignment with business priorities
• Ensure People practices comply with regulations across all operating regions
• Manage performance cycles end to end, including feedback, promotions, role changes, and compensation discussions
• Use People data and patterns to inform decisions
• Serve as an empathetic contact for employee relations and handle sensitive matters discreetly
• Coach teams through performance concerns and conflicts
• Collaborate with PeopleOps to design and deliver learning initiatives based on business needs

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in People roles, including 4+ years as a People Business Partner
• Experience supporting leaders in scaleup or high-growth SaaS environments
• Knowledge of international employment laws and compliance
• Proven experience working with globally distributed teams across cultures and time zones
• Hands-on experience in organizational design, performance management, employee relations, and compensation
• Ability to address difficult conversations empathetically
