Description
The Creative Director is responsible for translating strategic marketing direction into compelling, compliant, and on-brand visual solutions across print, digital, and interactive channels. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, this role provides conceptual and stylistic leadership while remaining hands-on in design execution. The Creative Director oversees the development of marketing collateral, presentations, branding initiatives, and social media assets, ensures all creative work meets brand and regulatory standards, and maintains proper documentation for audit and compliance purposes. This role collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, sales, and leadership teams, leverages AI-assisted tools responsibly to enhance creative efficiency, and delivers high-quality work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborate closely with the CMO and marketing team to interpret strategic direction and deliver innovative, on-brand creative solutions
- Lead the development and execution of original creative concepts across print, digital, and interactive media
- Create and maintain all marketing collateral, templates, and PowerPoint presentations
- Partner with the team on branding initiatives, creative themes, and long-term visual strategies
- Design social media mockups and ensure all marketing materials meet brand, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets including digital assets, flyers, postcards, magazine ads, folders, stationery, business cards, and branch-level materials
- Ensure all creative assets are properly archived and documented to support audit and compliance requirements
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, compliance, sales, and leadership teams to solve complex creative challenges
- Leverage AI-powered tools responsibly for ideation, concept development, and the efficient creation of digital assets, while ensuring all outputs meet brand, legal, and compliance standards
- Stay current with emerging creative tools, technologies, and design trends, including AI-assisted workflows
- Deliver high-quality creative work on time and on budget in a fast-paced environment

- 6+ years of experience in a corporate or in-house creative environment, producing or project-managing design work
- Experience in Real Estate or Mortgage is a significant plus
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience adopting and working within new platforms and tools (e.g., Freshdesk or similar systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written communication skills and a willingness to learn and master mortgage industry products and regulations
- Comfortable experimenting with and adopting new creative technologies, including AI-assisted design and content tools
- Bachelor’s degree required
