Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Salary: $5.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

As a GoHighLevel Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will be in a hybrid marketing and virtual assistant role focused on GoHighLevel management, email marketing, automation, launch support, and backend system organization. Supports ongoing marketing operations, launches, and administrative tasks with an emphasis on accuracy, independence, and process adherence.

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience using GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with email marketing, CRM systems, and automation tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage backend systems accurately.
  • Comfort following systems, processes, and instructions while also improving them. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferences

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially for lifestyle, wellness, or movement-based businesses.
  • Experience working with movement-based, wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brands. SEO experience, including technical SEO, content optimization, or blog support.
  • Blog writing or content creation experience.
  • Social media management or community engagement experience.
  • Previous experience in a hybrid marketing and virtual assistant role.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts, pipelines, workflows, triggers, and automations
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns and sequences, particularly for launches
  • Manage client contact databases, including segmentation, tagging, and follow-up automations
  • Integrate GoHighLevel with forms, calendars, email, and CRM features
  • Maintain and improve backend systems to support smooth client journeys
  • Execute recurring monthly launches using GoHighLevel
  • Upload, schedule, and test email sequences for launches
  • Ensure launch assets such as emails, workflows, links, and forms function correctly
  • Support light social media engagement during launch periods
  • Assist with troubleshooting during live launches
  • Build and manage ongoing email marketing campaigns outside of launch cycles
  • Input pre-planned email copy and campaign structures provided by leadership
  • Monitor email deliverability, scheduling, and basic performance metrics
  • Assist with SEO-related tasks
  • Support blog publishing and content uploads
  • Help maintain consistency across marketing channels
  • Support appointment booking, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Assist with general administrative and back-office tasks when not in active launches
  • Organize systems, processes, and documentation
  • Support customer-facing communication as needed

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:

  • A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
  • A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
  • A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
  • Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
  • Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
