This role requires cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and sales teams to deliver high-quality, extensible code. The engineer will lead technical discussions and documentation to converge on the best design practices, share knowledge, improve practices, and provide feedback on product, process, and culture.
The successful candidate will have a strong bias towards tying engineering work to business and customer impact, demonstrate intellectual curiosity for the supply chain and logistics domain, and adopt AI development tools to accelerate delivery. The role emphasizes early-stage ownership, rapid growth, and internal promotion based on impact.
The role offers a base salary of $130K–$200K, along with competitive equity. Visa sponsorship is available after six months in the role.
