We’re partnering with a fast-growing cybersecurity software business to hire a Customer Success Manager focused purely on existing customers.


No cold calls. No new business. No quota.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured environments, clear processes, and building long-term relationships with an established client base.


The Role


As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring adoption, retention, and ongoing value from the platform.


You’ll work closely with internal teams across support, product, and delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for your customers post-sale.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Managing and nurturing an existing book of business
  • Running regular customer check-ins, reviews, and success plans
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding, adoption, and renewal processes
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on best-practice usage
  • Following clearly defined playbooks and success frameworks
  • Escalating issues internally and owning outcomes end-to-end


This is a highly process-driven role with strong tooling, documentation, and support in place.


About You
