The Opportunity

HFBAC is partnering with a YC and Accel-backed Series A company in construction tech. They've been profitable for 2+ years - rare for a startup at this stage. The founding team has worked together for over a decade in this and other companies.

They're looking for a Founding Frontend Engineer to own significant product surface area. You'll build new customer-facing products from scratch, establish frontend patterns, and work closely with backend engineers and product managers.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- 3-10 years building user-facing web applications

- Strong React and TypeScript experience

- Background at early-stage startups or well-regarded product companies

- CS degree

- High ownership, low ego

The details:

- $160K-$225K base + meaningful equity (0.05-0.20%)

- Downtown San Francisco, 5 days in-office
