Your Role:

As an Overseas BD Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by creating and executing strategic sales plans. Your expertise in building strong client relationships, navigating complex negotiations, and closing high-value deals will be essential to our success.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow market share and revenue in targeted international regions.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and tailor strategies accordingly.

Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in large corporations.
  • Understand client needs and deliver customized technology solutions to address their requirements.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members, sharing insights and best practices.

Complex Deal Closure

Performance Monitoring

What We’re Looking For:

  • Possess a valuable network in construction, manufacturing or oil and gas industries
  • Bachelor’s degree from an overseas university; advanced degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of international business experience, specifically in B2B technology solution sales.
  • Proven success in closing complex deals with large corporate clients.
  • Experienced in managing a remote BD team.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions and the ability to present their value to clients.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
