IT Manager - Remote (U.S.)

Work Authorization

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
  • We do not consider applicants outside the U.S
  • We do not work with contractors, agencies, or recruiters — direct applicants only

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 | Full-Time Remote

Treetop ABA is growing — and we're building something special. We're opening new clinics, expanding access to care for children and families, and investing in technology that helps our teams do their best work.

We're looking for an IT Manager who loves problem-solving, building systems that scale, and helping people feel supported and empowered through great technology. If you enjoy wearing many hats, improving processes, and setting organizations up for the future — you'll feel right at home here.

This role is fully remote but must be able to support all U.S. time zones. Occasional travel for new clinic openings and infrastructure projects is expected.

Location

Remote within the United States.

We are posting in AZ, NC, and NY, and candidates in these states are strongly preferred due to operational support needs.

What You'll Do

Device & MDM Management

You'll own the deployment and management of our devices, including:

  • Windows laptops and desktops
  • Android tablets
  • MDM platform (device enrollment, compliance, security, application deployment)
  • Asset tracking, lifecycle, repairs, replacements, and documentation

Clinic Technology Setup

You'll play a key role in opening new clinics by designing and coordinating technology installations such as:

  • Security cameras
  • Access control / electronic door locks
  • Networking hardware and secure Wi-Fi
  • Mounted tablets, peripherals, printers, and charging stations

You'll partner closely with facilities and vendors to ensure clinics are ready before opening day, and you'll support ongoing maintenance for these systems.

IT Operations & Support

  • Act as escalation point for high-priority IT issues
  • Manage vendor relationships (telecom, ISP, hardware, security systems)
  • Maintain security standards across devices and locations
  • Contribute to technology planning as we scale to 50+ future clinics

Travel

  • Occasional travel to support openings, audits, and on-site troubleshooting
  • Travel is typically planned in advance; urgent needs are rare but possible

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 4+ years in IT management or senior IT support
  • Experience supporting multi-site or distributed operations
  • Strong Windows + Android ecosystem experience
  • Hands-on MDM deployment (Intune, Kandji, Hexnode, etc.)
  • Experience with:
    • Security cameras (hardware/storage)
    • Access control systems
    • Networking stack (firewalls, switches, APs)
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot secure Wi-Fi
  • Comfortable working remotely and onsite when needed

Benefits

Benefits & Perks

We take care of our people. Full-time employees enjoy:

  • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid Company Holidays
  • Supportive, mission-driven culture

Why Join Treetop

At Treetop, we believe care shouldn't be complicated — and neither should the systems that support it. You will:

✨ Make a tangible impact as we scale across the country

✨ Build technology that enables clinicians to serve children and families

✨ Join a team that values kindness, ownership, and continuous improvement

If you want to contribute to an organization that's growing with purpose — and you're excited about helping build the infrastructure that makes it possible — we'd love to meet you.
