TL;DR
🤓 We are looking for our first Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to help us reach the next level! You will hold a key position within the company by managing reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling processes.
Reporting to our CFO, you will have the view of the complete Photoroom P&L from Revenue generation metrics to net result and subsequent impact on our cash position.
💰 €70-90k* + Stock-Options/BSPCE
🇪🇺 We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe, come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed), or visit the Paris office more often.
✈️ We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ relocation package) in France, including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.
🛂 We currently sponsor visas for individuals relocating to France or already based here. We are unable to sponsor visas for remote positions outside of France at this time.
💻 Technology - new MacBook Pro, monitor, keyboard, etc.

🇬🇧 PhotoRoom is an international team, and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
Help prepare monthly financial packages to be shared internally and with the shareholders
Analyse company performance to help define priorities and concrete action plans
Make sure every stakeholder has access to and can interpret the right data and performance indicators, communicate the outputs internally and externally
Realize ad-hoc strategic analyses in coordination with the Photoroom's business leaders

- We can go higher for outstanding profiles and adapt to the cost of living if it is higher than in Paris
- You will lead and coordinate the monthly financial closing/reporting process
Help prepare monthly financial packages to be shared internally and with the shareholders
- You will lead and coordinate the quarterly and yearly financial closing
Analyse company performance to help define priorities and concrete action plans
- Lead the planning and forecasting processes
Make sure every stakeholder has access to and can interpret the right data and performance indicators, communicate the outputs internally and externally
- Keep on improving the financial performance and be a key business partner to help drive the business
Realize ad-hoc strategic analyses in coordination with the Photoroom's business leaders
✨ About you ✨
- Up to 5 years of experience in FP&A, Transaction Services, Controlling or Management Consulting
- You are very organized and have the capacity to prioritize tasks and get things done,
- You have good stakeholder management, communication skills, and written & oral presentation
- You are a self-starter, a fast learner, and impact-driven
- You have an analytical mind and run analysis to understand financial data
- You are fluent in English
- Bonus for:
