About the Role

• We’re looking for a Community Growth Analyst to join a high-impact Community Strategy & Insights team at a leading global digital platform. This role sits at the center of the growth engine and works cross-functionally with Community Marketing, Growth, Data Science, UX Research, Product, and Success teams.
• This is not a reporting-only role. You’ll act as an internal analytics consultant, helping teams understand why community behaviors happen and identifying data-driven levers to improve community growth, engagement, moderation health, and contributor retention.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics to support community growth and health

• Engagement and participation
• Contributor retention
• Moderation health and ecosystem sustainability
• Partner closely with Community Growth, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, UX Research, Data Science, and Success teams
• Serve as a strategic thought partner, helping stakeholders understand trends, drivers, and opportunities
• Turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations
• Present insights in a clear, compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiences

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in analytics, insights, or data analysis roles supporting growth, marketing, product, or community teams
• Strong ability to analyze user or community behavior at scale

• Hands-on experience with:
• Dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• SQL or equivalent data querying tools
• Comfort working in highly cross-functional environments
• Strong storytelling skills — you can explain the “why,” not just the “what”
• Experience with online communities, social platforms, or user-generated content ecosystems is a strong plus
