Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: India (Initial) → United Arab Emirates (Relocation)

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager who will initially be based in our India office and subsequently relocate to the United Arab Emirates to support and lead regional hiring across Asia and MENA.


Role Overview


The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies, working closely with senior leadership to build strong, scalable teams. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role that requires strategic thinking, execution excellence, and the ability to hire for both speed and quality in a global environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • You will manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across business, operations, finance, technology, and leadership levels for Asia and MENA offices.
  • You will partner closely with founders, C-suite leaders, and functional heads to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and growth plans.
  • You will design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, databases, agencies, and direct market mapping.
  • You will ensure high standards of candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
  • You will build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements across regions.
  • You will support employer branding initiatives and represent Graystone Capital professionally in the talent market.
  • You will ensure compliance with regional hiring practices, documentation, and onboarding requirements.
  • You will prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights for leadership review.


Requirements & Experience


  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with proven exposure to multi-region or international hiring.
  • Strong experience hiring across Asia and/or Middle East markets (MENA experience is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to work directly with senior leadership and manage confidential, high-impact hiring mandates.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-growing organization.
  • Willingness and readiness to relocate to the United Arab Emirates as part of the role.
  • Prior experience in professional services, financial services, consulting, fintech, or global organizations is preferred.
