Responsibiliti
- Own end-to-end design for core product initiative
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environmen
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solution
- Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practice
- Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundation
- Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile application
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders
- High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional tea
- Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems
- MUST have experience in fintech or B2B products
