AWS Platform Engineer

Job Title: AWS Platform Engineer

Pay Rate - $60 to $63hr w2., NO C2C

Location: 100% Remote

Contract - 06 to 12Months + Possible Multiple Ext.

• AWS Requirement Example: Must implement a rule where every S3 bucket only allows read/write access.

Technical/Functional Requirements

• Cloud Experience: Should have experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services).
• Security Background: A dedicated Security background is highly preferred, but it will change the candidate pool hence not looking for such resumes.
• Coordination: Must coordinate with the Software Engineers and Cloud Platform Engineers.
• Scripting: Scripting skills will be useful, especially in the context of AWS (e.g., Python, Bash, or AWS CLI for automation).
• Hands-on experience implementing AWS security controls (like S3 bucket policies, IAM roles, encryption) but not looking for design/oversight experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required.
