Job Title- Amazon Connect Developer
Location – 100% Remote -Canada
Contract
Required Skills
• 6+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Amazon Connect.
• Hands-on experience in building end-to-end Amazon Connect solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Lambda, CloudWatch, S3, IAM, DynamoDB, and API Gateway.
• Experience integrating Connect with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong understanding of IVR design, call center KPIs, and routing strategies.
• Proficient in JSON, JavaScript, and API-based integrations.
• Experience with Contact Lens, voice analytics, and quality management tools.
• Familiarity with AWS CLI and automation using CloudFormation or Terraform.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills.
