Product Designer (Berlin)

About the Role:

For one of our partner companies, a fast-growing tech startup based in Berlin, we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to take a key role in shaping the first versions of a digital product. This position offers a high level of ownership and the opportunity to influence both product strategy and user experience from an early stage.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and scalable user experiences for a complex digital product
• Translate user needs and business goals into clear design concepts and interfaces
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs across the entire product journey
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Contribute to the development of a consistent design system

Your Profile:

• Strong experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role
• Ability to take ownership and work independently in a dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a user-centered mindset
• Comfortable working in early-stage or fast-moving product environments
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate (relocation support available)
