About Resolve AI
- At Resolve, we’re building Agentic AI that empowers software engineers by automating production engineering and SRE workflows. Our models deeply understand production systems — from code to databases — taking on repetitive, high-pressure tasks and handling critical incidents autonomously, so engineers can focus on building.
- Our founders (Spiros Xanthos and Mayank Agarwal) are the core creators of OpenTelemetry and led Splunk Observability. They have had 2 successful exits to Splunk and VMware.
- We raised a $35M Seed round from top-tier investors like Greylock, Unusual Ventures, Jeff Dean (Chief Scientist, Google DeepMind), Thomas Dohmke (CEO, GitHub), Matt Garman (CEO, AWS), Reid Hoffman (Founder, LinkedIn) and Fei Fei Li (Professor, Stanford).
As our Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be a key member of Resolve AI’s go-to-market team and the owner of how we tell our story to the world. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, sales, and customers, translating a deeply technical, category-defining product into clear, compelling narratives that drive adoption and revenue.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you’ll define positioning, lead launches, and build the foundational GTM playbook as we scale. You’ll have real ownership, real impact, and a front-row seat to shaping a new category in agentic AI.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Define and evolve Resolve AI’s positioning and messaging, clearly articulating our value to engineers, SREs, and engineering leaders
- Translate complex technical capabilities into simple, differentiated narratives that resonate with both hands-on practitioners and decision-makers
- Own product launches end-to-end, from messaging and content to cross-functional coordination and execution
- Create high-impact content including technical blogs, product demos, videos, case studies, and thought leadership that supports demand generation and customer education
- Partner closely with sales to build enablement materials—pitch decks, product narratives, competitive battlecards, and training—that improve win rates and shorten sales cycles
- Act as the voice of the customer by gathering insights from users, prospects, and the field, and synthesizing competitive and market intelligence
- Collaborate with product and engineering to inform roadmap decisions and ensure market insights are reflected in product strategy
- Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, pipeline, and revenue growth
- Establish Resolve AI as a trusted, respected brand within the engineering and developer community
- Continuously measure performance, iterate on messaging, and refine GTM strategies based on data and feedback
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-driven products
- Proven experience marketing to technical audiences such as engineers, SREs, developers, and engineering leadership
- A strong track record of launching products and executing successful go-to-market initiatives
- Exceptional storytelling ability, with a talent for turning technical depth into clear, compelling value propositions
- Deep customer empathy and a strong instinct for understanding real-world pain points
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and demand generation teams
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data, metrics, and research to inform decisions and measure impact
- Ability to think strategically while also rolling up your sleeves to execute in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and excitement about building foundational processes from scratch
