This role sits at the center of executive execution, strategic alignment, and AI-enabled systems design.
This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role — and not a standalone AI role. It is a high-impact position designed to create leverage across the C-suite by accelerating decisions, improving operating cadence, and embedding intelligent systems into how the business runs day to day.

Serve as the execution and systems backbone of the C-suite, ensuring that strategy turns into action, priorities stay aligned, and the organization operates with speed, clarity, and accountability.
The ultimate goal: enable the executive team to focus on strategy, growth, innovation, and external leverage, while the business executes through well-designed systems, rhythms, and AI-powered workflows.
🔑 Core Responsibilities
C-Suite Enablement & Chief of Staff Leadership
- Act as a strategic extension of the C-level team, supporting the CEO, CMO, CTO, and other executives as needed.
- Serve as a central execution layer across executives — aligning priorities, clarifying ownership, and reducing fragmentation.
- Prepare executive briefs, pre-reads, and decision memos that distill complex information into clear recommendations.
- Attend and support key executive and leadership meetings to drive outcomes, not just notes.
- Run agendas, capture decisions, track action items, and ensure follow-through across owners.
- Maintain executive operating rhythms, including weekly leadership meetings, priorities, and cross-functional updates.
- Identify misalignment, bottlenecks, and execution risk early — and proactively resolve them.
AI Architecture & Operational Leverage
- Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows that improve executive productivity, communication, reporting, and decision-making.
- Replace manual, repetitive, or unclear processes with automated, systemized solutions.
- Architect and maintain internal knowledge systems (e.g., Notion, dashboards, documentation) that create a single source of truth.
- Build AI-assisted summaries, reporting, and insight layers that help executives stay informed without overload.
- Continuously evaluate and test new AI, automation, and productivity tools to increase organizational leverage.
- Partner with functional leaders to embed AI into daily workflows, not as experiments but as operating infrastructure.
Strategy, Research & Cross-Functional Execution
- Research and evaluate new initiatives, tools, vendors, and partnerships.
- Deliver decision-ready analysis with clear tradeoffs, recommendations, and next steps.
- Support strategic initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring momentum and accountability.
- Track cross-functional initiatives and escalate when progress stalls or priorities drift.
