Feazer (www.feazer.com) is an on-demand design services studio, providing businesses with high-quality creative solutions. We support various business on their digital, print, branding, presentation, illustration, web design, and motion design assets.
We are looking for a Junior Human Resources to support our growing team, with a strong focus on recruitment. You will handle day to day HR operations and work closely with the HR Manager. This role is suitable for someone with 1 to 2 years of HR experience, an open mindset, and a willingness to learn and take on challenges in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Primary Responsibility)
- Act as the main reviewer for incoming applications and help maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Handle sourcing and outreach efforts across different channels.
- Manage day to day communication with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ profiles and suitability.
- Maintain a tidy and structured recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding processes to provide a smooth experience for employees.
- Assist with HR policy communication and help address basic employee inquiries.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and related coordination.
- Support learning and development logistics including research, scheduling, materials, and evaluations.
- Assist with employee wellbeing, team events, and engagement activities.
- Help manage HR-related administrative tasks.
- Support improvements in HR workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
- One to two years of experience in HR, ideally with recruitment as your main area of responsibility.
- Exposure to broader HR functions including employer branding, learning and development, talent retention, payroll, and administrative will be a strong advantage.
- Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues across different cultures and time zones.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities smoothly.
- Curious, eager to learn, and open minded, with the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attentive to detail and committed to accuracy.
- Resourceful and proactive when handling challenges or new tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR related tools will be a plus.
