If you’re passionate about impact, innovation, and purpose, you’ll find your place here.
About the role:
We are hiring a marketing operations specialist (event logistics-heavy) to support go-to-market efforts across all Tricura pods. The primary focus of this role is coordinating logistics for external industry conferences that Tricura attends, approximately 60 conferences per year across multiple locations. This includes planning, scheduling, travel coordination, and internal alignment for conference attendance.
While conference logistics are a high-impact responsibility, they do not represent a full-time workload on their own. As a result, this role also supports hands-on marketing execution across a variety of initiatives, helping ensure the marketing function operates smoothly and consistently. This role focuses on coordination rather than event production and requires flexibility, execution, and the ability to shift priorities based on business needs.
What you’ll own:
1. Event and conference logistics (primary focus):
* Coordinate logistics for industry conferences attended by Tricura.
* Plan and manage travel, schedules, and internal coordination for team members attending approximately 60 conferences per year.
* Maintain conference calendars, timelines, and tracking.
* Communicate with conference organizers regarding invitations, requirements, and logistics.
* Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time in a calm and predictable manner.
2. Marketing operations and execution:
* Support in-person go-to-market initiatives, including broker events, loyalty program touches, and follow-ups.
* Assist with marketing workflows across sales, customer success, and leadership.
* Execute marketing tasks that require organization, coordination, and follow-through.
* Step in to support marketing initiatives wherever needed.
3. Marketing and design execution:
* Create and adapt marketing assets, including LinkedIn posts and visuals, email and newsletter layouts, event-related materials, and presentations or slide decks.
* Execute work within existing brand guidelines and quality standards.
* Maintain the quality of marketing outputs across the organization.
What success looks like:
* Conference attendance is well planned and free of last-minute chaos.
* Logistics and schedules are clear, documented, and reliable.
* Marketing assets are delivered on time and on brand.
* The director of marketing regains meaningful time and focus.
* Marketing execution feels structured, responsive, and professional.
Who you are:
* Extremely organized and execution-driven.
* Comfortable juggling many parallel workstreams.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and calm under pressure.
* Hands-on and flexible, willing to help wherever needed.
* Strong written and oral English communication skills.
Design and tools requirements:
Required:
* Ability to independently create and adapt marketing assets such as slides, emails, and social visuals.
* Experience with professional design or presentation tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and advanced use of PowerPoint, Keynote, or Google Slides.
Please note that Canva-only experience is not sufficient for this role.
Experience and background:
* Experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, events, or similar execution-focused roles, or design-related roles with strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Junior- to mid-level profile with demonstrated ownership, speed, and reliability.
Logistics:
* Location: remote (Latin America).
* Travel: none, coordination only.
Why join us:
* Fully remote team across North and South America.
* High-growth environment with direct exposure to leadership.
* Mission-driven company transforming healthcare with cutting-edge technology.
* Dynamic, collaborative, and fast-growing team environment.
* Competitive compensation paid in USD.
* Unlimited PTO.
Selection process:
* Initial screening and portfolio review.
* Skills and execution interview with the director of marketing.
* Culture-fit conversation with leadership.
