Job Description

As an IT Business Support Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our infrastructure service, acting as a point of contact for all topics related to IT base infrastructure and managing local projects.


In your day-to-day work, you will monitor and manage the lifecycle of our IT infrastructure, manage our suppliers (responsible for our workplaces and service desk), support the infrastructure planning and implementation, while designing non-standard solutions for different business demands.



WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Degree in IT related subject;
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure workplace topics (macOS, iOs, Microsoft Windows,) and modern endpoint management (Microsoft Intune).
  • Solid knowledge in network architecture
  • Experience with Agile methodologies – Kanban, Scrum, etc. – and familiarity with guidelines, and recommendations for these;
  • Highly motivated to help collogues to solve their issues
  • Experience with deep trade-off thinking when reviewing technical decisions;
  • Experience working in a feedback and knowledge-sharing driven culture;
  • Passion for understanding people, conflicts, and the solutions needed to solve them;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Availability to be in the office one day per week.
