At Ghost Sherpa, we’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Contractor) based in LATAM to collaborate on high-impact digital marketing campaigns for U.S. and global clients.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Management

● Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social,

display, and programmatic channels.

● Align campaign strategies with client goals and business objectives.

● Continuously analyze performance and optimize to maximize ROI.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

● Track KPIs and campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.

● Prepare clear, actionable performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Budget Management

● Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong

performance.

● Monitor investment and adjust strategies to meet goals while staying on budget.

Innovation & Optimization

● Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices.

● Propose and implement innovative, data-driven strategies.

Collaboration & Teamwork

● Collaborate with cross-functional, fully remote teams.

● Support and mentor junior team members as needed.


✅ Requirements

● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on biddable media (PPC, display, programmatic).

● Proven experience managing performance-driven campaigns with measurable

results.

● Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

● Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Experience working as a contractor or with international clients is a plus.

● Experience using Asana is highly preferred.

● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
