Senior Python Developer

Just Think Technologies is hiring skilled Python Developers to join our growing engineering team.

We are looking for candidates with a strong problem-solving mindset and experience writing production-grade, scalable Python code.

This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity with immediate onboarding.

• Role: Python Developer
• Experience: 3+ years
• Start Date: Immediate
• Work Mode: Remote
• Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

• 8 hours per day
• Minimum 4 hours overlap with PST
• Flexible remaining working hours

• 3+ years of professional Python development experience
• Proven ability to write production-quality, scalable, and performance-optimized code
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and time/space complexity
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Competitive programming or strong algorithmic background is a big plus
• Active or strong profiles on LeetCode, HackerRank, or GitHub (highly preferred)
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and build robust validation or verification logic
• Excellent written English communication skills

• Design, develop, and optimize Python-based solutions
• Solve complex technical problems with structured reasoning
• Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and scalability
• Collaborate with distributed teams in a remote environment
• Document logic, workflows, and technical decisions clearly
