Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Motor Controls Center Service Center Manager Fayetteville NC. This position is ONSITE Monday-Friday at our Fayetteville NC Eaton facility. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.
The MCC Service Center Manager will be responsible to plan, manage, and oversee the business plan and strategic objectives for Motor Control Center Aftermarket and Configured to Order (Quick Ship) MCC products. This includes driving MCC Aftermarket and CTO offer management, new product development requirements, sales volume targets, market penetration, competitive pricing levels, profitability, key product quotations, and manufacturing oversight. This position will have front-end operations responsibility including order engineering, division sales, and customer service functions while working closely with the Fayetteville manufacturing operations team to deliver a world class customer experience.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $109000 - $159000 a year.

What You’ll Do
In this role:
- Formalize the MCC Quick Ship, Configured to Order product offering and champion its growth through Eaton’s North American Sales organization.
- Drive orders and sales of MCC Aftermarket products to meet MCC product line volume, price, and mix objectives.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to improve product positioning, penetrate new channels, and expose competitors’ weaknesses.
- Create marketing requirements for new Aftermarket product offerings, drive projects through new product development, channel growth strategy, and launch to market.
- Streamline engineering processes for Aftermarket and CTO MCCs to enhance productivity and reduce lead times for customer approval drawings.
- Analyze quotations, orders, and sales activity by channel, territory, market segment, plant, etc. to create and execute plans for growth.
- Develop processes to effectively execute on customer specific requirements for key segments.
- Interface with operations teams to advocate for customer requirements on order status, manufacturing lead times, and factory acceptance testing. Work with marketing communications to develop persuasive marketing collateral.
- Facilitate MCC Aftermarket and CTO training presentations to customers, distributors, and NAS.
- Ability to travel as necessary to effectively interface with customers and other required contacts and to manage or participate in company-related projects, activities or other job-related assignments.
- Maintain and drive enhancements to the Bid Manager MCC Aftermarket takeoff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or electrical industry
- Must be willing to travel 25% domestically.
- Must be willing to relocate to Fayetteville, NC. Relocation assistance will be provided, if needed.

- MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing
- Technical knowledge with electrical control and distribution products
- Direct experience with Motor Control and MCC products

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal & written communication skills, and expertise in delivering presentations
- Possess a blend of technical and commercial acumen
- Ability to multitask and execute projects with tight deadlines
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Bid Manager, VISTA, and Mentor
