Senior SEO Manager

You will own day to day SEO programs with an eye on GEO. You will run audits, build prioritized roadmaps, and ship technical and content improvements that move pipeline and SQLs. You will partner with engineering, content, analytics, and automation to deliver fixes every sprint and report outcomes executives can trust.

• Run technical and content audits with clear priorities and owners
• Build quarterly SEO roadmaps aligned to pipeline and SQL goals
• Manage implementation of fixes with engineering and track tickets to completion
• Create content briefs that target entities and intents across the funnel
• Improve information architecture, internal linking, and crawl efficiency
• Define schema strategy and validate structured data
• Monitor performance in GA4 and Search Console, build Looker Studio dashboards
• Lead experiments such as title testing and module variations, and report lift
• Coordinate with paid media on keyword and landing page alignment
• Maintain playbooks, status docs, and executive updates

• 4 to 6 years hands on SEO experience, agency or in house
• Strong technical fundamentals, including IA, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
• Comfortable writing briefs and reviewing content for search quality
• Working knowledge of GEO concepts such as entity optimization and answer surfaces
• Proficient with GA4, Search Console, and Looker Studio
• Able to scope work, estimate impact, and communicate tradeoffs
• Organized, proactive, and collaborative with cross functional teams
• Work authorization in the United States

• Basic SQL and experience with BigQuery or similar
• Familiarity with n8n or Python for SEO automation at sensible scale
• Experience with multi location SEO and listings
• Background working with Next.js or headless CMS
