Job Description
Company Description
Advanced eClinical Training (ACT) is a national leader in online healthcare education, delivering accredited, fast-track certification programs for pre-health, allied health, and career-entry learners. Our programs combine online instruction, clinical simulations, guaranteed externship placement, and career support, enabling students to transition into real patient-care roles across the U.S.
With growing number of graduates, expanding university and employer partnerships, and growing national recognition, ACT is scaling rapidly. Organic search is one of our most important growth channels, and we are investing heavily in long-term category leadership across healthcare education and certification.
We are seeking a Senior SEO Manager to architect, execute, and scale ACT’s organic search strategy across the full learner journey—from discovery through enrollment.
Role Description
The Senior SEO Manager will work closely with senior leadership across Growth and Marketing to design and scale ACT’s organic discovery strategy in a rapidly evolving search landscape.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You will be responsible for ensuring ACT is discoverable wherever prospective students search for healthcare education—including Google Search, AI assistants, and LLM-powered discovery interfaces. As search behavior shifts toward conversational and AI-driven experiences, this role will keep ACT ahead through innovation, experimentation, and forward-looking SEO strategy.
This is a high-visibility role for a senior SEO leader who understands that modern organic growth requires technical excellence, semantic content architecture, and AI-aware optimization.
This is not a consulting, freelance, or agency role.
