About The Role

Posterity Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic development and growth of our Navigator Cloud platform and energy analytics product suite. This role sits at the intersection of energy forecasting innovation, AI/ML integration, and enterprise SaaS product development. You will drive product strategy from discovery through deployment, working closely with a cross-functional team of developers, energy consultants, and clients in the utility sector. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments and enjoys building products from early-stage concepts through scaled adoption.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Own end-to-end product strategy for Navigator Cloud Application, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, go-to-market planning and product launches
  • Drive 0→1 product initiatives, including AI-powered capabilities for energy forecasting, and data analytics
  • Define and execute product-market fit using client feedback, usage analytics, and market research in the energy/utility sector
  • Translate complex technical and domain requirements into clear product direction and user stories
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept through deployment, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, and release planning
  • Identify, apply for, and report to government innovation funding programs to support product execution

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Manage relationships and build alignment with key stakeholders including internal users, utilities, external partners, internal leadership to gather requirements and validate solutions
  • Lead collaboration across product development, DevOps/infrastructure, DataOps and energy consulting subject matter experts
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches and collaborate with internal leadership and sales on marketing strategy, product pricing, packaging, and value messaging to clearly communicate business value to utility clients

AI & Emerging Technology Integration

  • Leverage AI/ML and emerging technologies as core ingredients in product experience, including LLM integration, GitHub Copilot, and automation workflows
  • Drive adoption of modern development practices and tools across the product team
  • Explore innovative approaches to energy forecasting, demand-side management, and grid optimization using AI

Product Operations & Process Management

  • Establish and maintain product management best practices, including JIRA workflows, documentation standards, and ways of working
  • Set clear goals, OKRs, and accountability loops using metrics and qualitative feedback
  • Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop product team capabilities as the organization scales
  • Operate with a hands-on, startup-oriented mindset, including navigating ambiguity, limited resources, and iterative delivery.

Client & Consulting Integration

  • Client & Onboarding Operations:
    • Facilitating demos and customer co-design workshops
    • Design and operationalize scalable client onboarding processes that reduce time-to-value and accelerate implementation cycles for utility clients and energy consulting partners
    • Develop self-service configuration tools, integration frameworks, and automated workflows that minimize manual effort and engineering dependencies during customer setup
    • Build operational playbooks, training materials, and documentation to enable consistent, repeatable onboarding experiences across enterprise clients with varying technical requirements
  • Partner with consulting teams to understand client needs and translate them into product enhancements
  • Support custom implementations and integrations for enterprise utility clients
Requirements

Experience & Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following (or equivalent experience): Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business or Applied Science.
  • 4-6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead product role
  • Proven history building and scaling B2B SaaS or enterprise software products
  • Experience managing technical products with complex data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations
  • Strong product instincts with ability to translate market problems and whitespace into product strategy
  • Track record of successful product launches and client adoption in enterprise B2B environments

Technical Proficiency Requirements

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), APIs, data analytics, and enterprise software architecture
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies, LLM integration, and modern development tools (GitHub, JIRA/Confluence, Power BI)
  • Technical or engineering background (Python, SQL, data analysis) is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in technical environments with developers, data engineers, and DevOps teams
  • Understanding of agile development methodologies and modern software delivery practices

  • Experience establishing product team processes, documentation, and ways of working
  • Experience with government funding programs (IRAP, SR&ED, NRC-IRAP, Scale AI, or similar innovation grants) including application preparation, project planning, technical documentation, and reporting
