Your role as a Client/Account Director

A senior-level, strategic sales leadership role responsible for new business development, client growth strategy, and expansion of targeted accounts focusing on Frontier Marketing: AI enabled, B2B digital marketing services for our technology clients and their partners. You’ll create enterprise value through strong relationship management and highly differentiated Frontier Marketing solutions, leveraging our team co-sell model to successfully solution and close new business.


Your skills and experience

We’re seeking significant and relevant professional experience, including marketing agency, management consulting, or related professional services experience serving Tech sector clients.


A strong marketing background selling and supporting programs and projects within product marketing, integrated marketing, and AI-enabled workflows and solutions is key.


Outstanding networking capability, customer service orientation and ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders to earn “trusted advisor” status, as well as awareness of modern tech industry dynamics and business drivers for growth.

AI Proficiency

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools and agents (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, Canva Magic, Notion AI) to improve daily workflows
  • Ability to solve problems and enhance productivity through practical AI applications
  • Comfortable adopting new AI technologies and integrating them into routine tasks


Compensation

The base salary for this role is $150,000/year with significant additional production bonus and incentive eligibility based on both individual and team KPI attainment. Please note that the range listed applies specifically to this position and may vary for other roles
