You will be the primary HR point of contact for employees and will work closely with leadership to ensure structured people operations, compliance, and a healthy work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly payroll coordination, employee payroll queries, and statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and PT

  • Continuously improve HR processes and support audits and compliance requirements as the company scales
  • Bring a hands-on, ownership-driven approach to recruitment, payroll, and HR operations with strong people skills

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1.5–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
