$80,000–$110,000 + bonus

A multi-channel retail organization is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead online growth, optimize digital performance, and enhance the customer experience. This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role with strong cross-functional visibility.

What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Drive online sales, conversion, and customer engagement
- Optimize website performance through testing, SEO, SEM, and UX improvements
- Lead digital marketing execution across Email, SMS, Google, and paid social
- Partner with marketing, IT, buyers, operations, and customer service
- Oversee fulfillment execution and online customer experience
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Lead and develop an e-commerce team
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4–7 years of e-commerce leadership experience
- Strong background in digital marketing, analytics, and site optimization
- Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms and large product catalogs
- Magento experience a plus
- Retail or consumer-facing industry experience preferred
