Your Role

  • Acting as a Remote Service Engineer (RSE), the aim of your job is to provide telephone, remote technical support, and provide remote diagnostics to external healthcare customers and field partners utilizing the latest remote access technologies. You will be responsible for:
  • Acting as a Philips Representative in response to customer inquiries and providing telephone and remote technical support to external customers
  • Resolving customer service events by leveraging Philips tools and resources as needed
  • Timely escalation of customer product issues for evaluation and action by higher level support
  • Utilization of appropriate remote tools to resolve issues and thus avoid dispatching of service call to Field Service Engineer

You're The Right Fit If

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Philips Imaging systems
  • Your skills include computer networking, technical solutions authoring and ability to solve mechanical and electrical issues
  • You have a 2 year associates degree; 4 year technical degree preferred. Experience with SQL and Windows servers preferred, Rhapsody IBE experience preferred. AWS experience also preferred.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re versatile to work with a variety of Philips Products.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in(AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV) is 37.00 to 59.00 plus overtime eligible and 1st / 2nd shift pay differential.

The hourly pay range for this position in (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY) is $39.00 to $62.00. plus overtime eligible and 1st/2nd shift pay differential.

The hourly pay range for this position in (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA) is 41.00 to 65.00 plus overtime eligible and 1st /2nd shift pay differential.

The hourly pay range for this position in (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ) is $44.00 to $70.00 plus overtime eligible and 1st / 2nd shift pay differential.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
