Position Overview
The Quality Control Manager plays a key role in maintaining Maison Privée Arabia’s premium service standards across all home wellness and beauty offerings. This role ensures that every booking, therapist performance, customer interaction, and operational process aligns with the company’s quality framework. The QC supports the management team by monitoring service quality, identifying gaps, and guiding continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Monitoring & Operations
- Audit daily bookings and ensure correct therapist assignment based on skill, distance, availability, and service type.
- Monitor therapist performance, punctuality, grooming, behavior, and adherence to SOPs.
- Ensure all service workflows follow company quality guidelines.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from bookings, customer ratings, complaints, and performance metrics.
- Build automated dashboards and weekly/monthly quality reports.
- Use tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Predict trends such as top therapists, peak hours, cancellation patterns, service issues, etc.
- Support management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
3. Automation & Workflow Optimization
- Automate repetitive QC tasks such as:
- Feedback tracking
- Therapist performance summaries
- Booking accuracy alerts
- SOP compliance checks
- Ensure smooth data flow across systems.
4. Customer Feedback Management
- Track and analyze customer reviews and complaints.
- Contact clients (WhatsApp or phone) for follow-ups when required.
- Identify service improvement opportunities from customer insights.
- Escalate serious issues to management.
5. Therapist & Driver Performance Evaluation
- Maintain accurate performance profiles for all therapists.
- Track attendance, quality ratings, complaints, grooming, and SOP compliance.
- Generate monthly performance evaluations.
- Support retraining strategies when needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in quality control, data analysis, operations, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, or basic data science principles.
- Experience with Excel/Sheets pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning.
- Good communication skills and professional etiquette.
Technical Skills (Required)
- Data analysis (Excel/Sheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Query functions).
- Dashboard creation (Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar).
- Basic scripting (Google Apps Script or Python – optional but preferred).
- Understanding of data quality and data structure.
Work Type:
Full-time (Fully Remote — work from anywhere in the world) 6 Days a Week.
Flexible working style, but availability required during UAE operational hours
Schedule: Shift-based between store operating hours (including weekends)
Compensation: USD $500 Month
