We’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Specialist to improve organic search visibility, traffic, and conversions across our digital properties. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining technical SEO, content strategy, and data analysis in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis
- Optimize website structure, metadata, content, and internal linking
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, crawlability, Core Web Vitals)
- Track rankings, traffic, and conversions, and report insights and recommendations
- Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates and SEO trends
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO or organic search marketing
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with full legal right to work full-time
