Required Skills and Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts in large-scale IT projects
- Strong understanding of UAT methodologies, test planning, and defect management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business users and technical staff
- Experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and business continuity planning
- Experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) migrations
- Scripting tool experience to support automated testing (e.g. PowerShell, Python)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities / Job Summary
As the Business Test Lead, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during a critical Citrix VDI migration project. You will join a team of four Test Coordinators to ensure seamless user acceptance testing across 65 manufacturing sites, with the goal of maintaining business continuity and validating that all critical applications and workflows function flawlessly in the new environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing the overall UAT strategy
- Planning and coordinating UAT activities across multiple sites
- Preparing detailed UAT test plans, schedules, and documentation
- Managing test cases, tracking defects, and ensuring timely resolution
- Ensuring all business requirements are validated and met before go-live
- Providing technical support and guidance to the testing team throughout the UAT process
- Validate image performance, stability, and compatibility across hardware and software configurations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot image-related issues.
- Perform regression, functional, and security testing on VDI images.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise IT policies and security standards.
- Document image configurations, test results, and issue resolutions.
- Participate in patch testing, image updates, and version control.
- Support automation of image testing using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Coordinate with networking teams to ensure seamless integration with Cisco infrastructure.
