We’re looking for a technically skilled and data-driven Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing workflows that drive engagement, conversion, and customer lifecycle growth. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining marketing strategy with technology in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows (email, lead nurturing, lifecycle campaigns)
  • Manage and configure marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot
  • Implement segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggers
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align automation with business goals
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for engagement and conversion metrics
  • Maintain data hygiene, lead scoring models, and CRM integrations
  • Support A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign reporting
  • Ensure compliance with privacy and data regulations (GDPR, consent management)
