Job Title - Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary Range: $42 - $45/hr
12 - month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget
Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to support critical reporting needs for post-market and regulatory activities within a highly regulated environment. This fully remote, one-year contract role is ideal for a detail-oriented analyst who excels in Excel-based reporting and has hands-on experience using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data extraction. The successful candidate will work independently while collaborating with a quality-focused analytics team to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely reports to both internal stakeholders and external health authorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for data extraction and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUPs
- Knowledge of data models
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and validation
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience working with medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry data
- Familiarity with post-market surveillance, complaint, or distribution data
- Extract, aggregate, and analyze data from centralized databases using SAP Analytics Cloud
- Transform and structure extracted data in Excel to produce high-quality regulatory and internal reports
- Design and generate reports based on defined parameters with minimal supervision
- Perform rigorous quality checks on both self-authored and peer reports
- Support post-market and regulatory reporting requests from internal teams and external health authorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to validate data accuracy and consistency
- Assist with reporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Educate stakeholders on complaint, sales distribution, and post-market data interpretation
- Manage multiple reporting requests and negotiate deadlines as needed
- Deliver urgent and non-urgent reports accurately and on time
