Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on level of relevant experience)

Role Description
We’re seeking a skilled developer to design, build, and maintain business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power BI. This role is ideal for someone passionate about transforming business processes through automation, data visualization, and custom app development.
As a Dynamics Developer in our consulting company, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable business applications and backend services using Dynamics. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean, efficient functionality, while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. Your responsibilities will include building interfaces for customers to affect business decisions. You’ll also contribute to testing strategies, helping us deliver robust solutions that meet the evolving business needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Dynamics 365 Development
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules
- Integrate Dynamics with other Microsoft services and third-party APIs
- Provide functional and technical support for Dynamics 365 users
-PowerApps
- Develop canvas and model-driven apps tailored to business needs
- Implement responsive UI/UX designs
- Create custom connectors and integrate with data sources like SharePoint, SQL, and Azure
- Basic understanding of JavaScript using jQuery and/or other frameworks
- Basic understanding of Liquid coding
-Power BI
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports
- Perform data modeling, cleansing, and transformation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
-Power Platform
- Automate workflows using Power Automate
- Ensure seamless data flow between apps and services
- Maintain performance, scalability, and security of solutions
- Familiarity with Canvas and model driven apps
- Power Pages creation
-Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with business analysts and end users
- Provide training and documentation
- Stay updated on Microsoft ecosystem advancements
- Document technical specifications
Required Skills
-Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
- PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Power Automate
-Experience with:
- SQL, REST APIs, JSON
- Data Management and Dataverse
- SharePoint and Microsoft Teams integration
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. PL-400, PL-600, MB-210)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
