About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Architecture & Delivery to serve as the technical authority for enterprise cybersecurity engagements. This is a hands-on, deeply technical role focused on security architecture design, product fitment, and enterprise-scale deployments, with direct client interaction and delivery ownership.

The role is ideal for a senior engineer who can design secure architectures across cloud, network, and identity domains, lead complex implementations and step in hands-on when required—while also overseeing delivery and guiding teams.

This role does not carry sales targets and is not a pure consulting or PM role. Technical depth and execution credibility are paramount.

Relocation: This position may require relocation to Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Candidates must be willing and eligible to relocate to Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

1. Security Architecture & Design

• Perform end-to-end security architecture reviews across cloud (Azure/AWS), network, identity, and endpoint layers.
• Design and validate Zero Trust–aligned architectures, including IAM, PAM, network segmentation, and cloud security controls.
• Define reference architectures, security patterns, and hardening guidelines for enterprise environments.
• Assess existing security postures and recommend practical, implementable improvements.

2. Technical Delivery & Implementation (Hands-on)

• Lead and execute hands-on deployments of enterprise security solutions including:
• IAM / PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, One Identity, Entra ID)
• Network Security (NGFWs, segmentation, VPNs)
• SIEM / SOC tooling (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic)
• Endpoint & Cloud Security (Defender, CSPM, CWPP)
• Oversee and support PAM implementations end-to-end, including discovery, onboarding, vaulting, policy design, and go-live.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across identity, network, and cloud environments.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready, scalable, and operationally sustainable.

3. Project Ownership & Technical Leadership

• Act as technical delivery owner for cybersecurity projects.
• Oversee timelines, risks, dependencies, and technical quality—while remaining hands-on where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Review deliverables, configurations, and architectures produced by other engineers.

4. Client Engagement & Technical Advisory

• Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, and senior IT teams as the technical authority.
• Translate security requirements into clear architecture decisions and solution designs.
• Support technical discovery, feasibility validation, and solution fitment (non-sales).
• Present architecture designs, deployment approaches, and technical findings to client stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering and architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Cloud Security (Azure and/or AWS)
• Network Security (NGFWs, segmentation, Zero Trust concepts)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM/PAM deployments.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust, NIST, ISO 27001, and cloud security best practices.
• Ability to work across architecture design and hands-on implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders.
