Job Description

• The PlantOps Accelerator is a platform allowing for setting up Objective Functions, for (chemical) manufacturing companies, that aims to integrate existing manufacturing infrastructure to produce and analyze unified data from chemical manufacturing systems using AI/ML.
• Backend Developer to build and maintain PlantOps backend services in .NET.
• The role covers designing and delivering REST APIs, implementing ingestion and event-driven workflows, integrating with identity (OIDC/Keycloak), persisting and querying operational data in PostgreSQL, and ensuring production readiness (reliability, logging/health checks, tests, containerised delivery with Docker).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a .NET Developer.
• Experience with .NET 8 and C#.
• Docker.
• Experience with REST API.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• English min B2.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of TimescaleDB / time-series patterns.
• Knowledge of gRPC integration (.NET client/server, cross-language).
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/Grafana.
• Knowledge of background job frameworks (Quartz/Hangfire).
