📝 Your Role

In a few words:

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Resilience, you'll be the guardian of quality for our backend services, ensuring that every release meets the highest standards and that our products deliver safe, reliable healthcare solutions to patients.

How your role contributes to Resilience's success:

Your work is mission-critical: by establishing confidence in our releases, mostly through comprehensive backend testing, you'll enable the entire team to ship faster and more safely. You'll be the game-changer that makes everyone's work easier, protecting patients while accelerating our ability to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

What your daily life looks like:

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely and high-quality software releases
  • Maintain and enhance automated backend tests across critical data streams such as patient creation, remote monitoring flows.
  • Implement backend tests for new back office internal tool.
  • Improve and maintain our automated backend testing infrastructure
  • Ensure that applications comply with quality management system requirements, including through dealing with related documentation
  • Occasionally writing & executing automated frontend tests and manual tests
  • Work closely with QA team members to develop testing strategies for complex healthcare environments

  • Design and implement automated tests, both backend and frontend
  • Work with backend technologies and testing frameworks
  • Navigate complex technical environments
  • Work effectively across multiple teams, build strong technical relationships, and operate in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Maintain and improve testing infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems in regulated environments
  • Read and write English fluently

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer and/or Developer
  • Strong technical skills with a backend orientation
  • Experience testing complex backend services and APIs
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD environments, including GitHub Actions
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least one backend test framework (pytest, kotest..) and one front end test framework (Playwright, webdriverio…)
  • Demonstrated expertise with at least one scripting language (Typescript, Python…) and one functional language (Java, Kotlin, GoLang, C…)

  • Have experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
  • Are familiar with medical device quality standards
  • Have development experience in addition to QA Automation expertise
  • Have excellent oral English skills

Duration: 60 minutes | Focus: General discussion about your background, technical experience, and English proficiency assessment

Step 2 - Technical Skills & QA Team Fit (Bastien & Laura)

Duration: 60 minutes | Focus: Deep dive into your technical QA skills, backend testing experience, and collaboration with the QA team

Step 3 - Wider Team Fit (Loic)

Duration: 30 minutes | Focus: Understanding how you work with cross-functional teams and contribute to broader product goals

Step 4 - Culture Fit with Talent Manager (Alice)

Duration: 45 minutes | Focus: Alignment with Resilience values, work style, and long-term aspirations
