Are you a visual architect who thinks in frames, moves in pixels, and dreams in 4K?
We are looking for a high-velocity creative who lives at the intersection of cinematic storytelling, graphic design, and AI-native content creation. At Nbyula, we are building a managed global talent mobility marketplace to erase borders for millions, and we need a visual powerhouse to join our Founding Team.
This is not a "make it pop" kind of gig. This is a high-impact role for someone who can transform a rough concept at 10 AM into a scroll-stopping masterpiece by sundown.
We are looking for someone who:
- Sees a founder's napkin sketch and envisions a cinematic universe.
- Treats every frame as real estate and every second as sacred.
- Has already made AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Sora, Pika) an extension of their creative brain.

The Mission
You will be the bridge between "raw idea" and "I need to share this NOW."
Your mandate is to take concepts, whether a 30-second voice note or a wild founder brainstorm, and alchemise them into visual content that stops thumbs, builds brand equity, and drives action.
What You'll Do
1. Rapid-Fire Video Production and Founder Collaboration
Work directly with the founding team to translate vision into visuals at startup speed. Same-day turnarounds. Full-stack ownership from storyboarding to color grading. You are not just executing; you are co-creating the visual language of Nbyula.
2. Algorithm-Native Content Engineering
You do not just edit; you engineer for distribution. You understand why a YouTube thumbnail converts, why a Reel retains, why a LinkedIn video gets shared. You obsess over the first 3 seconds.
3. AI-Augmented Creation
You leverage tools like Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, and DALL-E to prototype concepts, create impossible visuals, and 10x your output. AI is your co-pilot, not a threat.
4. Graphic Design and Brand Systems
Video is your primary weapon, but you are dangerous across the entire visual spectrum. Social templates, presentation decks, thumbnails, carousel graphics. You ensure visual consistency across every Nbyula touchpoint.
5. Multi-Format Wizardry
One day you are cutting a documentary-style brand film; the next, you are designing a pitch deck or animating a product explainer. You will own guidelines for long-form video, short-form content, motion graphics, social media graphics, and presentation design.

- Entrepreneurial DNA: You are hyper-ambitious and "always on." You do not wait for briefs; you hunt for opportunities. Brownie points if you have built a personal brand, YouTube channel, or creative side project.
- A Student of Virality: You know great content is not watched; it is felt. You study why certain cuts create dopamine hits, how pacing controls emotion, and what makes someone share.
- A Visual Polymath: You refuse to be boxed into one format. Editing, designing, animating, AI-creating. You want to do it all.
- Tool-Agnostic and AI-Native: You are comfortable (or eager to get comfortable) with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, and AI tools like Runway and Midjourney.
- Proven by Tangible Potential: We do not need a decade of experience. Show us a portfolio, a YouTube channel, a college film, freelance work, or even a viral meme page. What matters is that it is yours and it is good.
