World Class Design is partnering with a Paris-based, mission-driven startup transforming sustainable agricultural supply chains across Africa and beyond. Their platform connects farmers and buyers with transparent, regenerative, and fully compliant trade—powered by traceability technology, compliance data, and direct farm-to-factory relationships.
Our client is seeking a Founding Senior Product Designer to help elevate and scale their existing platform. You'll work in a hybrid model with their Paris team and directly with the co-founder & Head of Product, advancing their user experience as they grow their global impact.
What you'll do:
• Own end-to-end product design for desktop and mobile—improving workflows for global buyers and African farmers
• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product vision, priorities, and continuous innovation
• Prototype, test, iterate, and ship—enhancing existing features and launching new ones for maximum user impact
• Travel occasionally to West Africa and Latin America for user research and product rollout with field partners
• Work in a dynamic hybrid startup environment—splitting time between their Paris office and remote work
What we're looking for:
• Proven expertise (7+ years) designing digital products, especially during growth or scaling phases
• Startup experience—comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and dynamic teams
• Strong English proficiency required (French is a plus for Paris integration)
• Open to relocating to Paris with support for visa/relocation process
• Experience in emerging markets (Africa/Asia/LatAm) - Nice to have
• Collaborative, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-heavy, or compliance-focused design
• Willing to travel internationally for research
• Advanced skills with Figma or equivalent
• Bonus: Interest in agriculture, sustainability, or B2B platforms
