Job Description
We’re looking for a 3D Artist with a focus on environmental props and hard surface assets to join our team as we move into full production on our debut game Ardem, an open world survival game developed in Unreal Engine 5.
In this role, you will create realistic, production-ready 3D assets, ranging from smaller props and items to larger objects such as vehicles or modular building sets. You will take responsibility for your assets throughout the entire pipeline, from modeling and texturing to engine integration, ensuring they are optimized, performant, and ready for in-game use. The role requires a strong sense of quality, ownership, and an understanding of how assets function within a large scale open world.
Techtive Games is an ambitious indie studio based in Germany with a close knit team that focuses on building deep, interconnected gameplay systems and immersive, authentic worlds. We value creativity, ownership, and personal growth. Rather than working through rigid ticket pipelines, our team members are encouraged to actively shape features and content, collaborate closely across disciplines, and grow together not only on Ardem, but on future projects as well.
If you enjoy building high quality game assets, care deeply about realism and performance, and are passionate about working on or playing open world survival games, we’d love to hear from you.
