A well-established healthcare marketing organization is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of medical practices. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, translating business goals into actionable marketing plans, and driving measurable growth in patient engagement and visibility.
What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for healthcare practices focused on patient acquisition, retention, and brand visibility
- Translate practice goals into clear, results-driven marketing plans across digital and traditional channels
- Oversee campaigns including SEO, paid media, websites, social media, email, content, and print materials
Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to improve ROI
- Manage online presence including reviews, listings, search visibility, and social platforms
Client Partnership & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned practices
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic guidance
- Identify opportunities for expanded services while supporting long-term client retention
- Recognize at-risk accounts early and implement strategies to maintain engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, design, analytics, leadership) to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed
- Maintain organized documentation of timelines, deliverables, and client communications
Market Insight & Growth Support
- Stay current on healthcare marketing trends, patient behavior, and competitive activity
- Apply insights to continuously improve marketing recommendations
- Support events, webinars, or community outreach initiatives when applicable
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in healthcare marketing, practice marketing, or account-based marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, paid media, content, social)
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results-driven strategies
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable owning outcomes
