Job Description


People & Talent Associate


We are partnering with a growing, fully remote technology company seeking a People & Talent Associate to support both people operations and recruiting. This is a blended role designed for someone who enjoys balancing HR projects and systems work with hands-on talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment.


This position is approximately 50% People Operations and 50% Talent Acquisition, with a focus on execution, coordination, and process improvement rather than employee relations casework.


Responsibilities:

People Operations (50%)

  • Support core HR operations including benefits, payroll coordination, HRIS data management, and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance-related documentation
  • Assist with performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and internal programs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support people processes
  • Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Review and screen applicants across multiple roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screens and assess qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Maintain recruiting data and workflows within the ATS
  • Support recruiting process improvements as the organization scales


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or a Generalist role
  • 2–3 years of hands-on recruiting experience, including applicant review and candidate screening
  • Experience working with HR systems and recruiting tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Strong communicator with sound judgment and discretion
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, high-growth environment
