Job Description


Job Title: Jr. Content Manager

Duration: 6 Months

Location: 100% Remote


Job Description:

  • Create a high volume of compelling original content (video, stills and graphic design) for client’s Instagram that supports long-term brand objectives and audience growth.
  • Demonstrate creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop conversation-starting content that drives community engagement and buzz.
  • Contribute to team brainstorms with fresh ideas for formats, series, and tactics.
  • Stay current on Instagram trends and best practices to infuse fresh, forward-thinking strategies into our content.
  • Write compelling copy in client's brand voice for assets and captions.
  • Partner with content creators to brief content needs and secure usage rights for UGC.
  • Support the Social Media Manager with publishing as-needed .


Skills:

  • Experience creating for social platforms, lifestyle, or media brands and/or content creators (even if you are one!).
  • Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with a passion for innovation and disruptive, thumb-stopping content.
  • Ability to work independently with speed and agility, maintaining a sharp creative eye aligned with the client brand.
  • Collaborative team player who can seamlessly partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the following tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and Instagram’s native editing tools.


Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate industry experience preferred.
