Job Title: Jr. Content Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: 100% Remote
Job Description:
- Create a high volume of compelling original content (video, stills and graphic design) for client’s Instagram that supports long-term brand objectives and audience growth.
- Demonstrate creative, out-of-the-box thinking to develop conversation-starting content that drives community engagement and buzz.
- Contribute to team brainstorms with fresh ideas for formats, series, and tactics.
- Stay current on Instagram trends and best practices to infuse fresh, forward-thinking strategies into our content.
- Write compelling copy in client's brand voice for assets and captions.
- Partner with content creators to brief content needs and secure usage rights for UGC.
- Support the Social Media Manager with publishing as-needed .
Skills:
- Experience creating for social platforms, lifestyle, or media brands and/or content creators (even if you are one!).
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking, with a passion for innovation and disruptive, thumb-stopping content.
- Ability to work independently with speed and agility, maintaining a sharp creative eye aligned with the client brand.
- Collaborative team player who can seamlessly partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficient in the following tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva and Instagram’s native editing tools.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate industry experience preferred.
