Skill Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of capital project experience, with preference to mining/industrial projects, is required.
- 3+ years of business intelligence experience with preference of Power BI is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management and project controls techniques and principles is required.
- Experience with user acceptance testing is required.
- Experience with data migration is required.
- Experience with training material development is required.
- Experience with report development is required.
- Experience with Scalable Agile Framework (SAFe) is required.
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops an asset
- Excellent documentation and communication skills is required, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Oracle Primavera.
- CCP, CEP, PMP or other similar designations considered an asset.
- Spanish an asset
