Since our global launch in 2025, our flagship title Venue: Relaxing Design Game has reached millions of players worldwide, and our fully remote team has grown to 20 experienced, ambitious builders.

We value open collaboration, clear and respectful communication, curiosity, and intentional inclusivity. We move fast, learn constantly, and care deeply about the players we serve.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead the next phase of growth for Venue. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own key aspects of product performance, live operations, and roadmap strategy.

You’ll work closely with design, art, engineering, and leadership to turn insight into impact, shaping a product that delights players while driving strong business outcomes.

This role is:

• Full-time employee (UK-based), or

• Full-time contractor (Europe-based)

What You’ll Do

  • Own and evolve the product roadmap across features, live ops, and long-term strategy
  • Partner with Design, Art, and Engineering to scope, ship, and iterate on high-impact features
  • Drive a strong data-informed culture through experimentation, analysis, and iteration
  • Deeply understand player behavior through dashboards, metrics, and qualitative insight
  • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and LTV
  • Represent the voice of the player while balancing creative vision and financial performance
  • Contribute to business and product strategy alongside the leadership team

What You Bring

An open mind and respectfulness is vital. We stay true to our core values - open collaboration, respectful communication and intentional inclusivity. As a fully remote company, it’s important to apply this to our day to day while keeping our focus on goals and results.

Passionate about your work and the vision behind. We love making and playing games. We care deeply about our audiences. Our team must be passionate about the games and the values we provide to our players and be aligned with the company vision of creating elevated social games for underserved audiences.

Being nimble and proactive. We are a team that constantly challenges and better ourselves. We stay nimble to achieve this and we are proactive to solve problems.

  • Experience in product management, live ops, game economy, or analytics for mobile F2P games
  • A self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, and comfort working in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence making data-informed decisions
  • Collaborative, open, and respectful communication style
  • Ability to thrive in small, autonomous, high-performing teams
