Hyra is hiring on behalf of Impact Property Solutions, a national leader in the multi-family flooring industry with 30+ years of stability and growth. Theyβre looking for a Tier II IT System Administrator whoβs ready to go beyond ticket resolution and help shape the future of their IT environment.

Youβll act as a technical project lead, driving improvements across cloud infrastructure, security, and business systemsβwhile working 100% remotely.
What youβll do
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments (2012β2019)
- Lead Azure, Intune, MFA, and O365/Exchange initiatives
- Support and improve network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Own IT projects and system upgrades end-to-end
- Administer Microsoft SQL and advanced RDS environments
- Create scalable processes that improve efficiency company-wide
What weβre looking for
- 3+ years experience with Windows Server, Azure, O365, AD & GPO
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft RDS and SQL
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable leading technical projects
- Bachelorβs degree in IT preferred (or equivalent experience)
