About The Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a primary focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades, including Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electrical.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and prepare job descriptions
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
- Assist with interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales; internships or entry-level experience welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is a plus
- Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
- Base monthly pay to provide financial stability
