About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, analytical, and experienced in driving leads, traffic, and conversions for small to mid-sized businesses.
You will work closely with leadership and sales teams to support growth initiatives, optimize marketing funnels, and improve brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Email marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure strong ROI
Content & Social Media
- Create and schedule content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts
- Coordinate with designers or create basic visuals using Canva
SEO & Website Optimization
- Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization
- Optimize landing pages for conversion (CTAs, forms, copy)
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Email marketing tools (Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
- Social media scheduling tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
- SEO fundamentals and content strategy
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic tracking
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns
Nice-to-Have Skills (Not Required)
- Experience working with North American clients
- B2B lead generation experience
- LinkedIn outreach and automation tools
- Basic copywriting and ad creative writing
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)
- Experience with AI marketing tools or automations (n8n, Zapier, ChatGPT)
